betbull Holding SE ('betbull') announces that it is to effect a new share issue, appointments to the Executive Board and relocation update
Share issue

The administrative organ of betbull has resolved to effect a placing of 800,000 ordinary shares of EUR 1.00 each at a placing price of
EUR 1.25 each to raise EUR 1,000,000 before expenses for betbull. Certain existing shareholders including members of the management team have agreed to subscribe for shares pursuant to the placing. The proceeds of the placing will be used to finance the development of Betbull Bwin Espana S.A.'s retail betting business in Madrid.

Appointment to Executive Board

In addition to being members of the administrative organ, Simon Bold and Alexander Leip have been appointed as Managing Directors of betbull, implementing the first step in forming the Executive Board to become fully effective after the relocation to Vienna. As announced earlier this year Gunter Schmid is taking a non-executive position with betbull and will continue to be a member of the administrative organ.
Relocation update

betbull is continuing to proceed with the steps necessary to relocate its registered office to Austria. Consent is being obtained from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs in the UK to the change in tax residency following the relocation. betbull hopes to have all remaining matters resolved in order to enable the relocation to be effected before the end of QI 2010.
Commenting on today's release Simon Bold said:

'We are happy to have reached agreement on further funding for our Spanish operations, clearly demonstrating the company's commitment and confidence in this area.

Relocation of the company from London to Vienna is in the final stages and we will benefit in the coming year from cost savings associated with this move.'
